Print Team Information Report¶
The Print Team Information Report displays the complete team assignment structure, including Cadet assignments, leadership roles, subteams, and primary/alternate status.
Report Header¶
The top of the report displays:
- Team image on the top left.
- Team name in the center.
- Team motto underneath.
Example: DRILL TEAM ASSIGNMENTS ROSTER "Excellence Through Discipline"
Roster Fields¶
The report displays:

| Subteam | Assigned subteam |

Subteam Display¶
Cadets will display their assigned subteam.
By default: Drill Team
will appear as the Cadet's assignment.
If the Cadet is assigned to a subteam:
the subteam will appear underneath.
Leadership Formatting¶
Cadets assigned command positions are highlighted.
Commanders display:
- Orange text.
- Bold formatting.
- Highlighted Subteam and Notes fields.
The Notes field displays leadership positions.
Examples: CDR, XO1, GDN
Primary and Alternate Members¶
Team members are separated into primary and alternate assignments.
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Primary member |
| Red | Alternate member |
Primary members are the official assigned members for events and activities.
Alternate members serve as backups.
Status Field¶
Leadership roles display their assigned position.
Examples: CDR, XO1, GDN
Members without leadership roles display: PRI, ALT depending on their assignment status.
Export Options¶
The report can be:
- Printed.
- Downloaded to Microsoft Word.
