Produce Reports - Library¶
The Produce Reports - Library provides access to every report available throughout All Forms.
This section contains a complete library of all reports available in the system, including reports from every page and feature.
Report Library¶
The library automatically displays every report located within the Reports section of All Forms.
This includes reports from:
- Manage Cadets
- Assemble Teams
- Manage Inventory
- Manage Attendance
- Operation Orders
- Award Orders
- Certificates
- Any other system features containing reports
Using the Report Library¶
Instead of navigating to each individual feature to locate a report, users can access all available reports from this single location.
Each report can be selected directly from the library to open and generate it.

Every report in the library has its own documentation page explaining:
- What the report is used for
- Required inputs before printing
- Report layout
- Available fields
- Export options
- Accountability requirements
