Print GoArmy Accounts

The GoArmy Accounts report generates a list of Cadets and their assigned GoArmy account information. This report is primarily used by leadership and staff to manage account access and password updates.

Generating the Report

When opening this report, you will be prompted to select the Contact List you want to generate.

Available contact lists include:

Contact List Shows Position Categories
Command List Battalion Commander, Battalion XO, Company Leader, CSM, Color Sergeant
Command & Staff Battalion Commander, Battalion XO, Company Leader, Staff, CSM, Color Sergeant, Company Team
Staff Staff
Special Staff CSM, Color Sergeant, Color Member

Report Information

The report displays:

  • LET Level
  • Cadet Name and Rank
  • GoArmy Email Address
  • Current Password

Password Updates

The report title displays when passwords should be updated.

The update date is calculated based on the Start Date configured in Tools:

Passwords should be updated every 45 days.

Example: Update PW's before 8/1/2026
