Print Personal Admin Summary(s)¶
The Personal Admin Summary report creates a detailed personnel summary for selected Cadets.
This report combines personal information, academic information, organizational assignments, awards, service hours, and administrative information into one document.
Generating the Report¶
When opening this report, you will be prompted to select the Cadets you want to generate summaries for.
A separate summary page will be created for each selected Cadet.
Report Information¶
Personal Information¶
The top left of the report displays the Cadet's current rank icon and C/Rank Last Name, First Name
The following information is displayed:
- Dropped Status
- Grade Level
- LET Level
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Age Today
- Personal Phone Number
- Personal Email
- School Email
- Home Address
- Company
- Position
- Platoon
- Squad
- Current Rank
- Retaining Uniform
JCLC Participation¶
Displays all years the Cadet participated in JCLC.
Example: 2024-2025 2025-2026 (Honor Guard)
Teams¶
Displays all teams the Cadet has participated in.
Example:
- Academic/JLAB Team: 1yr / Active
- Drill Team: 2yr / Inactive
OML Information¶
The top right displays the Cadet's Order of Merit List information.
The report displays:
- Total OML Score
- Battalion OML Ranking
- Class OML Ranking
- LET OML Ranking
- Military OML Total
- Academic OML Total
Academic Information¶
- Weighted GPA
- Unweighted GPA
- ACT Score
- ASVAB Score
- Merits
- Demerits
GoArmy Information¶
Displays:
- Assigned GoArmy Account
- GoArmy Email
- GoArmy Password
Signed Documents¶
Displays the completion status of required documents:
- Syllabus Signed
- Privacy Act Statement Signed
- Code of Conduct Signed
- Personal Data Form Signed
Awards¶
Displays all earned awards in order of importance.
Example:

Service Hours¶
Displays yearly service hour totals:
- School Support Hours
- Community Service Hours
- Service Learning Hours
- Total Service Hours
Orders and Events¶
Displays participation information for the current year.
Orders Created¶
Shows all orders created for the Cadet.
Example:
- JCLC Preparation - 001-0000 (01 Apr)
- ACT Takedown - 002-0000 (02 Apr, 1h)
Events Participated¶
Shows the number of events attended and details for each event.
