Print Attendance Report¶
The Print Attendance Report generates a weekly attendance roster for a selected team.
This report is used to track attendance during team practices, events, and activities.
Report Header¶
The top of the report displays:
- Team image on the top left.
- Team name in the center.
- Team motto underneath the team name.
- Current week range.
- Current week number.
- Page number.
Example: DRILL TEAM FULL ROSTER OF CADETS "Excellence Through Discipline" Jul 13 - Jul 19, 2026
The week range is automatically calculated based on the date the report is generated.
Roster Fields¶
The attendance roster displays:

| Monday-Sunday | Daily attendance tracking |
| Notes | Team roles and additional information |
Each day displays the date underneath the weekday.
Example:

Leadership Formatting¶
Cadets assigned leadership roles are highlighted.
Commanders display:
- Orange text.
- Bold formatting.
- Black outline around their name and notes.
The Notes field displays their role within the team.
Examples: CDR, XO1, PI CDR, CG CDR
Subteam Role Abbreviations¶
Subteam roles are automatically shortened to fit the report.
Examples:

Attendance Codes¶
The bottom of the report displays attendance codes.

| E | Excused from Practice |
Export Options¶
The report can be:
- Printed.
- Downloaded to Microsoft Word.
